In 24 BC the Romans conquered Egypt. However, at the border of Egypt they discovered a far greater threat: the army of the Empire of Kush (aka Nubian Empire). This army was led by the Nubian Queen Amanirenas. During her first battle she captured a roman soldier named Marcus Cornelius. Over time the two develop a relationship that would determine the fate of Rome.
